    The FORZA Two-Platen Energy-Saving Servo Injection Molding Machine series is engineered for manufacturers producing large, structurally demanding plastic parts at scale. Unlike traditional three-platen designs, the two-platen architecture removes tie-bars from the immediate mold area through a non-contact tie bar system, which eliminates friction-related wear and keeps the mold environment free of mechanical contamination — a critical advantage for high-precision automotive and appliance components.

    FORZA spans a clamping force range from 4,500 kN (FA450) to 60,000 kN (FA6000), making it suitable for everything from mid-size structural components to giga-scale industrial parts. The series is built around a short-stroke cylinder design that combines extreme clamping force with a quick pressure build-up phase, significantly reducing total power consumption during operation — an important factor for manufacturers running multiple shifts.

    Every FORZA machine is equipped with the European Keba 2000 control system as standard, featuring a 12-inch industrial interface panel with 10-stage velocity and pressure programming, 10-stage holding steps, and 5-stage backpressure monitoring. For manufacturers scaling toward higher automation, the series is field-upgradable to the Keba 5000 or Keba 8000 systems with 15-inch or full 21-inch multi-touch panels, and supports standard Euromap interfaces (13, 14, 18, 62, 67, 70, 71) for seamless integration with robotic and auxiliary automation equipment.
