About This Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive LKIMM's growth in the North India market by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the senior sales team in closing deals. Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers in target industries (automotive, packaging, consumer goods)
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Schedule and coordinate product demos and customer meetings for senior sales managers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and lead pipeline data
- Attend trade shows and industry events to generate brand awareness
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and tender documents
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
