About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to expand LKIMM's market presence in western India. You will be responsible for developing key accounts, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and building long-term relationships with top-tier industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with industrial manufacturers
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in automotive, packaging, and consumer goods sectors
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Develop annual sales plans and revenue forecasts in alignment with business goals
- Coordinate with the applications and service teams for pre-sales and post-sales support
- Represent LKIMM at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits
Skills & Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B capital equipment sales
- Strong network in the plastics processing or automotive industry
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of injection moulding processes is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
