About This Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of LKIMM's after-sales support. You will travel to customer sites across India to install, commission, and maintain our machines, ensuring maximum uptime and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact role that directly influences customer loyalty and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission injection moulding machines at customer sites across India
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown support
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults
- Train customer operators and maintenance staff on machine usage
- Document service reports and maintain service history records
- Coordinate with the spare parts team for component procurement
Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience with injection moulding machines or industrial equipment
- Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics
- PLC troubleshooting skills (Siemens / Mitsubishi preferred)
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month across India
