About This Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Automation Engineer to join our technical team in Ningbo. You will design, develop, and troubleshoot the electrical and automation systems that power our injection moulding machines, working on both new product development and upgrades to existing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical panels, schematics, and wiring diagrams for machine platforms
- Develop and test PLC programs for machine control and safety systems
- Integrate servo drives, HMI interfaces, and sensor systems
- Commission automation systems at manufacturing facilities and customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system faults
- Maintain and update electrical documentation and revision histories
Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC platforms
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN for schematic design
- Knowledge of servo drives, variable frequency drives, and motion control
- Understanding of safety standards: CE marking, ISO 13849
- Strong analytical troubleshooting skills
