About This Role
The Production Supervisor will lead our machine assembly operations at the Zhongshan facility, managing a team of skilled technicians and ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production output. You will work closely with the engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily assembly line activities for machine production
- Manage a team of 10–20 assembly technicians and fitters
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality targets, and safety protocols
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues
- Maintain production records, daily reports, and attendance logs
- Drive lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives on the shop floor
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in heavy machine assembly or capital equipment manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen principles
- Ability to read assembly drawings and BOMs
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for this role
